If you have a question, need technical support, would like to enquire about a service, or need to submit a privacy or security request, please contact us using one of the methods below.

What to include

Providing the relevant details in your first message will help us understand and process your enquiry more efficiently.

• the A-NET website, product, service, bot, API or integration involved;
• a clear description of the question or issue;
• the approximate date and time of any error;
• screenshots, error messages or log extracts where relevant;
• your Discord or Roblox user ID where applicable;
• any relevant server, channel, game or place ID;
• steps to reproduce a technical issue, where possible.

Privacy and data requests

You may contact A-NET to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data processed by A-NET.

Please use the subject line: Privacy Request

Include the service concerned and the identifier needed to locate the relevant record. This may include:

• your Discord user ID;
• your Roblox user ID;
• the email address previously used to contact A-NET;
• another relevant account or service identifier.

A-NET may take reasonable steps to verify that you control the relevant account before disclosing, correcting or deleting information.

For enquiries relating to an A-NET Discord application, include:

• your Discord user ID;
• the relevant server ID;
• the command or feature involved;
• whether the issue concerns member data, presence data, a custom status, a server role or voice-channel functionality.

Please include:

• the affected service or URL;
• a description of the issue;
• steps to reproduce it;
• the potential impact;
• any non-sensitive evidence needed to understand the report.

Do not access, alter, download or disclose data belonging to other users, and do not disrupt A-NET services while investigating a potential issue.
